Victorian Energy Upgrades - what you need to know

NRGPal is a private business. We do not work for the Victorian Government, the Victorian Energy Upgrades program or the Essential Services Commission. Any upgrade and products are supplied by private businesses, not by or for the government.

Taking part in the VEU program is voluntary. You do not have to participate.

The discount is subject to program eligibility, approved products, installation requirements and verification by an accredited provider. A figure given in an estimate is not a guarantee of the final discount or certificate value. You will receive the VEU consumer factsheet before agreeing to undertake an upgrade.

We will give you a copy of the VEU code of conduct on request, and the dispute resolution information is set out in full on our VEU Consumer Information page, including how to contact the Essential Services Commission, the Energy and Water Ombudsman Victoria and Consumer Affairs Victoria.
