Terms

The terms on which this website is provided, and how quotes and enquiries work.

PRE-LAUNCH REVIEW REQUIRED. Drafted to match how the site actually operates — it takes no payment and issues no contract. Must be reviewed by NRGPAL’s Australian legal adviser before launch.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by NRGPAL PTY LTD (ABN 43 637 383 316). You can reach us on 03 9115 7455, Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm, or at support@nrgpal.com.au. Our registered address is Unit 22, 23-25 Bunney Road, Oakleigh South VIC 3167.

2. Using this website

By using this site you agree to these terms. Please use the site for its intended purpose — researching systems and requesting a quote — and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or to extract data from it by automated means.

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but product specifications, availability and program details change. Information here is general in nature and does not take account of your particular property, electrical installation or circumstances.

3. Quotes and enquiries

This website does not take payment and does not sell products directly. Adding items to a system selection and submitting an enquiry is a request for a quotation, not an order and not a contract of sale.

No contract exists between you and NRGPAL until we have issued a written quotation, you have accepted it, and any conditions in it — including site assessment, grid approval and program eligibility — have been satisfied.

Prices shown on this site are indicative and exclude items that depend on your property, such as non-standard installation work, switchboard upgrades, meter changes and network charges. Your written quotation is the authoritative price.

4. Rebates and discounts

Any rebate, discount or saving shown on this site is indicative only and subject to eligibility, program requirements, product approval and confirmation by the relevant accredited provider or program administrator. Eligibility is assessed by the program administrator, not by NRGPAL.

Full details, including how amounts are determined and which programs apply, are set out in our Rebate Disclosures, which forms part of these terms.

5. Installation, standards and approvals

All installation work is carried out by appropriately licensed and accredited installers, and must meet the applicable Australian Standards together with electrical safety, distribution network and government program requirements.

Some installations require approval from your electricity distributor before work can proceed. Where approval is refused or conditions are imposed, we will discuss the options with you before continuing.

6. Warranties and your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those guarantees.

Manufacturer warranties on panels, inverters, batteries and air conditioning equipment are provided by the manufacturer on their own terms, and the applicable period and conditions are set out in your quotation and handover documentation. {{WORKMANSHIP_WARRANTY — confirm NRGPAL’s own workmanship warranty period and what it covers, then state it here.}}

7. Performance estimates

Any estimate of generation, savings, bill reduction or payback period is a projection based on assumptions about your usage, tariff, roof, shading and weather. Actual results vary. These estimates are not a guarantee of performance or of financial outcome.

8. Liability

Other than the guarantees referred to in clause 6 and any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, NRGPAL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on information published on it.

9. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website belong to NRGPAL or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use in considering a purchase, but not otherwise reproduce or republish them without our permission.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, with the last updated date shown above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction.
